Suite No. 1 (for bass trombone)

Suite No. 1(for Bass Trombone) was inspired by Bach's 6 cello suites. What I sought to do with this was to capture some of the soul of the dances that he originally wrote. If the performer is able I highly encourage having a dancer on stage as well with choreography. I have not written this with any specific choreography but the movements should certainly evoke some dance like feelings.
